DC 37 organizes workers who do not have collective bargaining rights, provides training for new union activists, and supports bargaining committees in their fight for recognition with an employer. While DC 37 is New York City’s largest public employee union, we also proudly represent thousands of employees in the private and non-profit sectors, specifically in cultural institutions and the health and human services industry.
